About AquaScan Electric Pool Vacuum

The AquaScan™ Electric Pool Vacuum by Bestway® is a battery-powered pump that creates suction to clean your pool, without the use of hoses or electrical cords, all with the press of a button. The telescopic handle has an ergonomic grip and built-in locking mechanism. The pole reaches up to 5 ft/1.5m when extended. The underside wheels provide easy gliding and the easy to empty debris collection bag makes cleaning a breeze. The vacuum is quick to assemble, no tools needed. It requires 8 AA batteries (not included).

the vacuum is not the easiest to use and such a small head makes it hard to pick up fine debris as it floats away too easily. I also find it tricky to turn off without all the contents in the bag falling straight back out into the pool before I can lift it out. It cannot be operated out of the water apparently. So I have to try and maneouvre a bucket under the head to be able to switch it off and keep the debris contained.
