Customer Notice - ApplePay

Dear Customer


We are aware of an isolated issue with ApplePay, whereby orders were placed and delivered, but payment was not taken. This happened due to an error between ApplePay and our internal payment software, and resulted in a small number of payments being held in "Pending" status, before being returned to the customer's bank account. We have since resolved this issue.


If you have been directed to this page by our customer services team, then please rest assured that the request for payment is legitimate and necessary.
