Simply place the cover over the top of your Lay-Z-Spa™ Miami and securely fasten it using the integrated clip buckles. This protects the inflatable lid from damage and helps to insulate your spa. This has to be one of our top purchases. Very pleased with the quality of the Barbados, it has new features that other models don't have. We have used it every day since it arrived 3 weeks or so ago. It arrived a month ahead of schedule which was great. Fits two adults comfortably 3 would be cosy. 2 adults 2 kids would be fine. Well insulated so you won't need to do DIY insulation. All round it's a great product and it can stay out all year round.

very easy to set up cost approx £6 to get upto temp and run for the first 24 hours.
then it costs approx £2 per day to run since then on average. its very comfortable nice padded floor and can easily spend hours in it. plenty of room for 2 adult and 2 children would possibly struggle to get 4 adults in it. overall extremely pleased with the item only down side is the lack of guidance with maintenance and chemicals.

Our friends ordered the Hawaii hot tub, and after a couple of shared evenings in their tub we decided to get our own. We went for a round one rather than a square one, just for variety. Plus side there is more space in the round one, but the corners in the square ones make a nice place to sit even if you have to be a bit closer to those you are sharing with. The thinner sides on the Helsinki contribute to the increased space, but the thicker walls on the square ones also means you have a place to sit if you just want to put your legs in. Overall, the Helsinki wood effect looks great, its easy to set up, and is great fun with friends, alone or as a couple. With drinks, music, friends and the really effective bubbles its a great place to spend a couple of hours, and really reduces any aches or stress :-)

It's true that Lay-Z-Spa are the Volkswagen of inflatable Hot Tubs. It is very well made and lives up to expectations. The Cancun model is great for a two or three at a push. Having lived with it for 4 months I have found it to be easy to look after at least once you get your head around the chemicals. One mistake I made was to put neat chlorine granules in the tub and it bleached the pattern off the bottom!! I do think they need to put in some better guidance in terms of maintaining the Tub but other than that very happy with it.

I ordered this product and had to wait several weeks till it was in stock, it was delivered but was not complete so after a bit of coming and going they agreed to send me the missing washer. It was dispatched, then they messed up the consignment number so I could not track it. It arrived, or at least a whole new filter assembly arrived and there was no washer in this one either. I have now given up and have to accept that once they have sold you a tub, that is the end. I have now ordered the washer with another company.

Great stuff, it starts off smaller and actually grows in to the hot tub cover. Only problem I faced was that the drainage has changed and now includes a pipe which is an improvement but there isn’t a hole in the cover for the pipe to poke out of. I managed to point it out the bottom inlet pipe.

Absolutely 100% as good as everyone makes out. The product is well built, exactly as described and leaves you with a sense of ultimate relaxation. The description does say sits 4-6 people...no, it fits 2 comfortably, 3 or 4 sitting cross legged. Heats up fast. No idea on running cost yet. Its a lot noisier than I thought it would be, neighbours commented on it already!
I have no regret at all about buying this, even with the horrendous excuse for the customer service i received when they double charged me for the item. Would reccomend. Buy a gazebo for it though, when it rains the rain catches and pools on the cover - there is no way around this. Just accept you need one for it lol

Review of my spa is tainted by the fact that the connections between pump and spa leak due to faulty parts. This model is one of the expensive spas offered by Lay Z spa so the experience so far has left bitter taste. Can't see the spa lasting more than a couple of years, wouldn't bother to replace it afterwards.

Upgraded from a Vegas to the Milan due to the app feature and freezeshield technology, so I can use in the winter. Very happy so far! Love being able to turn heat up when not home if I fancy a dip after work. Arrived 12 days earlier than expected which was a bonus considering the current Covid situation. Dimension wise it says it’s 10cm taller than Vegas but it’s the same height as my old one (2018 model) and does feel slightly smaller overall. I like the bubbles in the middle too so you get the all over experience on legs, feet as well as back. The Chen connect system is a bit different and it’s taking some working out compared to the old float. I either have too much or not enough chlorine but I’m getting there. It does feel more sturdy though so overall I am very happy with it.

Nice hot tub, bad customer service. Beware of the chlorine tablets they sell. Used one in the chemconnect, it bleached a small patch on the base of the spa and the organisation claim it is our fault as they reckon the base needs more than 5 times the amount of chlorine in order to discolour it. We owned this tub for 6 days, used ONE chlorine tablet and it is discoloured/faded quite badly in one area.

Only used the product for 6 days and the pump broke down. These things can happen but the worst part is the after sales. Have been told I have to wait 4/5 working days to get a reply from customer support - loads of photos of pump had to be sent. They may/ may not send a replacement and that could take weeks. If they replace it I have to destroy the pipes on the original pump and send them a photo to Prove I have done it and then find a way to dispose of it myself. Who knows when a replacement will arrive. I have a warranty and this is unacceptable.

The new Wi Fi pump is fantastic. I’ve had it 3 weeks the convenience of Wi Fi makes it a different experience. No longer is the pump unnecessarily heating all day for me be delayed home and then not use it, I just boost the heat 2 hours before I know I’m going to want to use it.
My recommendation to a smooth and easy set up;
Use the Bestway app not Lay z spa, the latter seems to have all sorts of issues for me, whereas the Bestway one works faultlessly.
I am on a BT router, BT split the signal for me and removed smart set up, then I ensured the pump was connected to the 2 not 5 frequency. Works perfectly (I understand that the lower frequency travels further so is more reliable to reach the pump in the garden, no Wi Fi extender required).
I’ve now moved the tub to my caravan which also has Wi Fi and reinstallation was not an issue. It now enables me to ensure the pool is constantly filtered and I can activate the heat from home so the tub is perfect and ready to use immediately when I arrive.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

This is a step up from the standard pump, and with the knowledge it has frost protection, means I'm looking forward to leaving the Hot Tub out all year round :-)
The pairing process wasn't as straight forward as I had hoped, kept going round in circles trying to attached to wifi etc etc. Be patient, you will get there eventually!
The pump has the same operation as the standard one that came with the Spa, so no extras there, however, the ability to control the pump from within the house is great.
The app is fairly basic, I was hoping to be able to set schedules to heat during certain days or dates for example, but it appears that it almost mirrors the hard to use feature built into the pump.
As a mobile app writer myself, it would be great if Lay-z-Spa were to open the API up to developer access so a much better app can be developed - here's wishing eh!!

Would strongly recommend using another manufacture for your hot tub.
I bought a st mortiz. The plug leaked so they sent out a replacement liner. This one had a whole in it, so it kept deflating.
Did they resolve it..... no.

Was slightly sceptical this would work, however works a treat especially if you leave the filter and solution in soak overnight and wash afterwards with a hose/spray it looks very clean. Slightly gutted I didn't try this before buying multiple filter units!

Havent used them as don't really drink alcohol. I bring in my pint glass for a cold drink or bring cans in (I have bought accessories to fit on the hottub that hold drinks, my phone etc..). It was nice to receive in the free set I was given and Im sure they will get used.

I love this hot tub. Would give it 5 stars if the jet bubble function wasn't so noisy (cant use it late as my neighbours have young children) and I'm finding the hot tub expensive to heat up electricity wise. Other than that, as I suffer with my mental health, I find it a great way to relax and feel a little better as I love being in the water and the added extra of choosing what colour to put the lights on is a nice touch. I bought a 100% water proof Gazebo (with all sides) so I can enjoy the hot tub even if its pouring with rain or very cold outside. The gazebo is great as it stops anything from outside getting into the water so not much to clean (although I leave the filter on constantly so that must help too!).

The best purchase I have made in a long time!! Easy to set up, warms up fast. Loads of room and very sturdy. The bubbles are amazing, but the jets are the best feature, perfect for aching muscles. The seats and cushions take the comfort to another level. It's not the cheapest but it's worth it for the extra features.
