Delivery T&C's

Please be advised that if you have purchased a pool which includes chemicals as part of your order, then you'll receive two separate deliveries/parcels - chemicals will be dispatched via a separate courier and not in the same package.

We deliver to the UK, Isles, Scottish Highlands, Channels Islands, Northern Ireland. We are currently unable to delivery any of our Clearwater chemical range to any Northern Ireland addresses.

For large Above Ground Pools and Lay-Z-Spa Hot Tubs (and/or other large, bulky items), delivery will be made by a 1 Man service, normally by DX Freight. Please ensure that you have availabilty on site, on the day of delivery, should you require assistance with unloading or moving your items. If you have specific delivery requests or requirements, please contact us before placing your order, so we can advise further. We will always try to accommodate delivery requests, but these are in no way guaranteed by either Bestway Store or our couriers.


*Please note: Our FREE UK DELIVERY promotion is for delivery to UK Mainland addresses only. With some products where specified, delivery times may be longer than the expected delivery stated above. If you require delivery to the following destinations we suggest that you email us first for prices and estimated delivery times at [email protected]. We may require an additional surcharge onto your order to reflect the higher cost charged by our couriers of delivery to these locations:

- Scottish Highlands
- Channels Islands
- Northern Ireland

Please note: Orders placed using Express Delivery after 12pm may not be dispatched until the following working day. Postocde and location restrictions apply.

International delivery

Unfortunately, as Bestway UK, we are unable to ship orders internationally. All shipping destinations are identified at checkout. When you begin checkout, available shipping destinations can be selected from pull-down menus for Region and Country. If your desired destination is not included in the available selections, we cannot ship orders to it.

We recommend checking our Bestway Corp website and selecting from the list of countries at the bottom of the screen to see which retailers our products can be purchased from here.

Payment methods

Bestway Store provides a range of payment methods to customers.

Our store accepts a range of card payment methods:

American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal.


The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.
Bestway Pools UK cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
Bestway Store can offer three payment options through our partner, Klarna including a 0% finance option for orders over £500.00. Any offer of finance is subject to Klarna's Terms & Conditions, as well as credit checks.
Bestway Pools UK cannot resolve credit problems with Klarna directly.

Cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to let us know you wish to cancel the order. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order, depending on your chosen delivery method:

Next Day Delivery - up to 20 minutes after placing your order
Saturday Delivery - up to 11am Friday prior to your selected delivery date
Standard & all other delivery methods - up to 1 hour after placing your order 

As we use paperless batch picking, your order may be processed beyond a point where it can be cancelled very soon after it has been placed. If this is the case, you can either refuse the delivery or arrange for the item to be returned.


You can return an item as long as it is unused and still in its original condition within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.
Log into your account here or call our Customer Service team on 0345 576 6020 to initiate a return. We email you instructions for returning your product when you make a purchase. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.
Please Note:
  • Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. 
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.


Product/s that were purchased and delivered with a promotional Free Gift must be returned with that Free Gift to receive a full refund for the original item purchased. We reserve the right to deduct the current website price of the Free Gift or promotional item, should the return be delivered without this item included.

Returning products

  • You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as noted below:
  • To initiate a return, call Bestway Pools UK or log into your Bestway Pools UK account and obtain a Return number.
  • You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted.
If a restocking fee will apply to returned items, the amount of the fee is displayed on the final checkout screen when you complete the order and is noted on the packing list included with the order.
If the return is due to defective products, inaccurate product descriptions, or an incorrect order, call Bestway Pools UK to initiate the return. In these cases, you may be compensated for the return shipping.

Refunds, credits and balances due

As soon as the fulfiller receives and processes your return, we will notify you via email. Your credit card should be credited within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

Defective items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for assistance at 0345 576 6020.

Damaged items

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.
Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the fulfiller, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
