Happy with the purchase and it was getting good use until suddenly the pump stopped working. Shut it off, changed the filter, turned it back on and it constantly trips the electrics. Can it please be replaced with another pump?

Not impressed with the service. The pool should have arrived the Friday of the heatwave got given the run around and the pool arrived on Monday the 29th June Ruined my granddaughters birthday party on the Saturday with the pool arriving late. I even paid for express 2 day delivery. The filter pump stopped working after 2 days.

Great pool exactly how I expected it to be but the pool pump is useless. Had to spend another few hundred pounds on a bestway pump that is equipped to filter this amount of water. Make the pool more expensive and provide a pump that is suitable would be my advice. Easy to assemble and my son loves it

Bought pool during heatwave and by the time it came the weather has gone severely bad but thats not what im disappointed in is the pump is crap doesn't do a thing it doesnt work at all done everything watched videos i have looked the instructions maunal god knows how many times and doing research you need a more powerful one thats given so more money need to fork out on so pretty pointless filter coming with it water has gone bad already only after a few uses so had drain water already and the pool cover doesnt fit with 2 people doing it theres not enough length on it so we had to just sit it inside the pool so it floats to help with leaves or bugs getting in water so more things to pay out for considering it was a £500 odd pool its pricey in itself but now the extras on top feel a bit robbed to be honest and there was a screw missing in ladder set as wel.

Kids can’t get enough off it 🤩🤩 So far we have had 4 children and 1 adult in it, with plenty of room to play/swim in it. Still trying to work out the ph, chlorine levels etc but bestway have provided a video to explain.

Great , easy to assemble kids love it my 4 year old learnt to swim under water in it. Perfect for the family easily fits 2 adults 4 kids in, but if the kids dont want us cramping their style and they wanna splash loads 4 of them fit just perfect. Great material easy to pack away. It's the perfect depth

Great Pool, easy to assemble (though the online videos are much better than the manual for building the pump!). Its also surprisingly warm without a heater and feels really stable while swimming. I did add extra sealant to the ladder after another comment mentioned the joints are prone to rust, with the sealant in place i've not had any issues. The pump itself is great, really strong suction and no leaking from the pipe joins (ive recently swapped this electric pump for a solar pump which is much more prone to leaking, so if your going to choose an electric pump this one is a great choice).
