Great at home ice bath pod

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fairly simple product to put together but what made it slightly awkward was that its almost as if the holes for the leg poles aren't space properly apart and can cause a bit of a stretch & struggle therefore to get all the pieces to fit together in a stable and level way.
The pod is very spacious in size, much larger than I expected, it is also a tall height so would still be very suitable for those of a bigger frame and taller stature to be fully submerged without feeling tight. Makes a great at home cold plunge pool, great for after high intensity workouts!

Great ice bath!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very sturdy ice bath tub from Lay-Z-Spa which is made from a puncture resistant material. Easy to assemble, takes just 30 minutes to set up. Has a corrosion resistant galvanised steel frame. Comes with a polar shield to prevent liner from freezing. Does come with a filter pump and the tub can accommodate two people at the same time.
Great for my son who is a gym addict and loves his ice baths!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! Where do I even start… firstly, THE SIZE ON THIS ICE BATH IS INSANE! I swear you could fit 4 people in it, even more possibly! My husband and I got so excited last week, we used it and forgot to take a photo whilst we were in it (plus I wasn’t in very long with the cold)😂. I’d heard good things from others regarding Lay-Z-Spa but never owned something ourselves, but this ice bath blasted our expectations out of the park. I put it together one afternoon by myself whilst my husband was at work and I’d say it took me a good hour as it was a little fiddly at times but just because it’s so big! But the instructions are clear, well packaged in the box and very good quality. With the amount of water we put in (only filled it up half way when we used it as it took a while to fill and we didn’t have time to wait with plans we had), I was worried it would split or burst, but not at all, it’s very sturdy. It was a little noise when filling up and with the pump but nothing out of the ordinary. Amazing ice bath, absolutely perfect for you cold water lovers, especially if you have someone to join you! Also the 1 person baths are similar in price and a fraction of the size from what I’ve seen 😊❄️

Energy booster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this ice bath for not taking too much space and is so easy to install and clean. Material used for sidewalls is reliable to use to prevent punctures. After using it every morning to wake up my body and start the day with energy and less stress, I can’t imagine different routine . I honestly enjoy using it . Comes with the filter pomp , filter cartridge, cover ,inflatable pillow and repair patch.

A great investment

This beast fits 2 people, is deep and long and its connected and supported with metal bars. I was really surprised how easy it was to assemble considering how many pieces there are. It has a pump and filter to help keep it clean. Because it’s long, it didn’t need to be too high, meaning steps in weren’t needed. This was appreciated by us smaller people! Definitely great value and will last years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lay-z-Spa UK Glacial Dip ice bath cold plunge recovery tub with pump, lid and cover. My husband assembled this within 30 mins. The bath structure is made of corrosive resistant galvanised steel frame. I love that i can reposition the bath around the garden in various places as its light enough to do when empty . I know my husband will get lot's of use from this great Ice bath, not sure if i am brave enough to though. Brrrrrr! I also think its brilliant that there's a level so you know where to fill to.
It drains away easily. Very strong durable liner, puncture resistant which is essential being outside all year long. Has a fab lid and cover within the box which is a great safety touch. Making it safe to leave outside without worrying something might fall in and drown. Yes this cold therapy has fantastic health benefits it is spacious and comfortable to lay down fully in. You can disassemble and store should you need to. A great product.

Brilliant Recovery Ice Spa for those who push thei

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Spa is really helpful in helping your body recover after an intense workout, cycle ride or game etc,
It’s very well made with good quality fittings so I expect it to last quite a while.
Be aware though that the box is very heavy so you will need help to carry it and then assemble it (not hard but it does require concentration).
The pump runs pretty quiet and it’s not intrusive.
Well worth getting one if you do push yourself to the extreme .

Easy and straightforward

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup was quite easy and straightforward. The tub feels sturdy once assembled and filled. I like that it’s lightweight and portable so it doesn’t take up too much space and can be moved or stored easily. The pump makes filling and draining simple which saves alot of time. During use,the tub holds cold temperature well when ice is added. It’s spacious enough to withstand comfortably without feeling cramp.

Ice bath

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 18 year old son has started doing weights at the gym but would come home and ache and someone suggested getting a ice plunge to soothe muscles, as of yet he has used it twice but I’m sure he will use it more in summer , but we have it set up in our garden and it was just so effortless to put up and get ready , the fact that it comes with its own pump is what I love , my son says since using not only do his muscles feel soothed but he feels like he has a clearer mind , also he hasn’t had an headache since using and says he just feels cleansed and feels and thinks so much clearer

Lazy spa glacial dip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic bit of kit for cold water therapy, I’m hoping it helps with my it’s and anxiety, I’ll try anything once, I’ve had to use a generic photo as I just had ankle surgery, I’ll post another photo when I actually can use it again, it is easy to assemble as I had a dry run, it’s quite portable so easy to store, small pump, very low noise, the pump keeps the water clean, it also has a. Additional lid, looks impressive, can’t wait to use again, keeps it obviously freezing cold, if your thinking about cold water therapy this is for you.

Ice Bath

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me and my husband about 20 minutes to assemble the whole thing. It is a lot lighter than I thought it would be which it great because I can move it around easily when it is empty. I do like that it is quite compact so it doesn't take up a lot of room and I can put it to the side when I'm not using it. The material of the pod is very sturdy and strong and can handle large quantities of water. The structure is able to take on the weight of the water and a person without falling apart. It comes with a handy cover for the lid which is useful to avoid anything falling into the ice bath. I love a good morning workout before the kids are up and a nice dip in this ice bath before my start day has makes me feel energized and refreshed. I am very pleased with it and I think it is brilliant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice bath recovery pod was surprisingly lightweight but durable and perfect following an intense workout. Made with materials such as PVC, steel and polyester, this was easy to transport and carry.. I particularly liked the cover which prevented leaves and debris from going in the water when the ice bath was not in use. I would have scored it higher, but I found it difficult to assemble. However, someone more accomplished, would probably be able to assemble it in minutes.

Easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up which I was surprised about. The hardest part I found was pumping up the inflatable lid. We are in process of renovating our garden so when it's complete this will be a great addition. It's easy to transport too as you can take the poles out easy enough. We are grateful to have received this!

Perfect for sore muscles

The ice bath is definitely a treat for sore muscles after a heavy work out. The bath wraps up nicely after use and doesn't take too much space. Its not too heavy but a very sturdy product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It comes in handy box, not too heavy at all. This one is for one person. It says it is easy to set up and takes up to 20 minutes. And it did not take any longer at all. We love it for post gym cool down when you have had a good work out. Easy to fill up too. Very light material. I have not cleaned it up yet so can’t comment on that yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Ice bath by lay-z-spa UK. It is super easy to set up and easy to disassemble after using. Great and easy to fill up also.. Fits my husband and myself in it and absolutely love that it comes with the pump if you would like to leave it up for a bit. Instructions are easy to understand and can be covered after each use. Super good for your health just dip in in the morning after your workout or without the workout super good for your blood circulation and wakes you up instantly. It works best with Ice cubes and in this weather at the moment..not when it's like super hot outside. But I would imagine it is still kept cool for a while when it is covered
