Do not buy for Napa

Really disappointed with this inflatable lid. Have not had it long (approximately 7/10 days) and it has needed inflated every day. Could not recommend it at all. Total rubbish

Over priced and not great quality. Taking advantage of knowing you need to replace this if the original develops a hole you cannot fix (which ours did at several of the seams).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rubbish this was a replacement for one which failed just outside warranty and this was faulty . i had to test and send photos and then cut it up and send photos for their faulty replacement . in the meantime i didnt have a cover so made use of hot tub difficult . This is a poor element of their tub system and expensive , i will look for alternative product on next purchase of a hot tub

Not fit for purpose!

This is not the correct cover/lid as advertised. It is smaller and doesn't touch the insides of the hot tub and not fit for it's advertised purpose of retaining the water temperature as expected!
Previous other disgruntled customers have left comments and feedback stating that this lid is not the same as the original or one expected when purchased.
I will not be buying Lazy spa products again.

Helsinki lid

Does the job

Prompt delivery. Easy to install but last one kept getting punctures all in the same creases so got fed up fixing it hence had to get a new one. Design fault but does the job.

Well, it leaks since the first day we inflated it. And the company hid behind GPDR to avoid supporting me, all because I had it shipped to my sister in law!
I wish I’d read the other reviews before considering ordering from this lot.

Helsinki Inflatable Lid

Shipped quickly, well packaged. Lid is a couple of cm short, from edge to edge. Suspect MFG made it that way to allow for expansion. Great lid works well

Hot tub Inflatable Lid - Exceptionall Poor Quality

The inflatable hot tub lids are a very poor design. I am now on my 3rd lid and they have all failed in the same way (defective seam) and each one has not lasted more than 4 months. In addition to this they don’t, despite what Lay-Z-Spa say, expand to fit the pool. What is worse that this poor product is Lay-z-spa’s complete disinterest in the issue. So here is the deal, Lay-z-spa hot tub and lids come with a 2 year guarantee and they will replace your lid during this period, but after that you have to pay and it seems they are fully aware of the issue, but not bothered enough to design something better - I have tried hard to raise this with them.
