Incomplete Unit

Chem Connect item is very good quality, although this did not come with the screw in adaptor that is the part that actually broken! I would have expected this to come as a complete unit?

Avoid

Very poor, the fit between the two half’s of the chemconnect was very loose due to poor manufacturing. This allowed a large amount of chlorine into the hot tub which has degraded the glue within our Helsinki hot tub. Very disappointing as we always buy genuine best way parts. Avoid very expensive mistake due to the damage caused!!!!

I had to buy replacement Chem connect aa the when was supplied with my St Morritz hot tub was damaged when i opened the box.
The replacement mine works perfectly and makes it so easy to keep the water crystal clear
