Placed order for this a while ago, the courier company were terrible. It sat at depo for over a week be4 delivery and I had to chase it. Although the extras came quickly. Tub was easy to install and fill although I do find the lid clips quite awkward as I have arthritis in my hands. Now its up and running it is lovely especially in this heatwave. Just got to manage the chemical level.

Clearer set-up instructions please!
Rating: 4 out of 5
I’ve really enjoyed this hot tub. Only had it for a couple so can’t comment on durability. It fits 4 adults in ok. We struggled to understand the set up instructions and even to find a helpful YouTube video.

Bought the spa a month ago. Absolutely spot on, the wife is never out of it 😂😂 very relaxing, if you are thinking about getting one I recommend you going to Lay Z Spa and picking up a bargain, you won't regret it.

Exceeded our expectations
Rating: 5 out of 5
A couple of weeks in and we're delighted with our Lay-Z-Spa Miami. I was surprised how robust it is and also at how powerful the water jets are. It's very comfortable too and my grandchildren all love it! Easy to assemble and with the insulated jacket, you can fill it with cold water and use it next day. Our overall impression is that it's good quality and value for money.

Hottub
Rating: 3 out of 5
I brought this about a month ago. Hottub warms up quick and keeps heat well but loses its air a bit so have to blow more air into it after a couple of hours. Apart from that's it's OK but wouldn't buy again

Lovelovelove it!! Took 48 hours to heat up first time, which I wasn't expecting, but, all good, and this is simply fantastic! It's comfy, perfect fir 2 id say, was easy for me to put together etc. Bubbles are amazing. Seems very durable also.

Luxury!
Rating: 5 out of 5
We bought this a few weeks ago and it is getting used frequently - not every day but between 3 and 5 times per week. It is just bliss to sink into the warm water and relax after a busy day or a workout. It was reasonably easy to set up. The bubbles are great but ensure you stick to filling the tub up the maximum line only otherwise the area round the tub would get very wet! It's a great spa experience without the high cost of a solid sided version - very happy customers!

Loving it! Embracing my inner scandi - I also purchased some foam interlocking floor tiles that I think add to the enjoyment experience as well as saving on overall running costs.

A new recruit to the Hot Tub!
Rating: 5 out of 5
I bought the Miami hot tub just over a month ago. I was impressed with the delivery and communication from the company. The set up instructions are not clear, but there is plenty of information on line to help with set up and to monitor levels.
The heater heats up the pool quickly. I would recommend buying an insulated cover for the hot tub, especially in winter but I have no complaints about the insulation of the cover supplied. The hot tub was actually bigger than I had been expecting and is very comfortable. What impressed me the most is the power jets. The bubbles are amazing and the hot tub is really relaxing. The quality of the build is extremely impressive and looks very durable although I have only had it for a month.
I would thoroughly recommend this hot tub.
