Product is fine, no problem with it. Bought as one of the stages to check the pump failure, didn’t make a difference and didn’t need to purchase as mine was fine. The checks needed to make a warranty claim should exclude a new filter housing

Does what it says. The pump kept cutting out with error code. The Helpdesk advised me to buy replacement filter housing after reviewing videos. The issue with the pump seems to have been solved.

Replacement filter housing

After getting new liner forgot to take off the back of the filter housing (and one way valve) before disposing of the old liner so had to buy both. However it was delivered quickly and is a perfect replacement so happy really, and direct from manufacturer was cheaper than elsewhere also.
Broken Filter housing

Great to have a universal filter housing as my spa is an older model and so I don’t have to buy a new spa to replace just the filter, especially as it was broken after accidentally standing on it.
