[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 6 years of use we started to get small leaks from the pipework between the hot tub and the heater/pump unit. Turned out these sealing rings had been damaged by multiple tightening due to needing to periodically change the water during each season. Fitted perfectly and now no leaks. Parts that are ordered turn up promptly
