Is there an E07 error code displaying on your Lay-Z-Spa pump? This means your Lay-Z-Spa pump is experiencing an electrical fault.
We recommend the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this and get back in your Lay-Z-Spa in no time.
Step 1 - Complete a thermal reset:
We would recommend going through the thermal reset procedure. Please ensure there is 10 seconds left between each of the following steps:
Turn Pump On Press Test – either on the PRCD or on the top display panel for the pump Turn plug off and remove from socket Plug back in and turn on On the PRCD (black box) press: Reset → Test → Reset. Hold down the On / Off button on the pump for 5 seconds. Press thermal reset button (See picture for location of reset button on the final page) Press heater button – pump should be working with no error codes.

Step 2 - Make sure the water sensor is in the correct place:
Strike the pump firmly to make sure the water sensor is in the correct place. Do not hit the pump on either the top or bottom.
Once these steps are completed always ensure the stopper caps are removed from the inside of the liner before use.
