The inflatable parts of your Lay-Z-Spa (inflatable lid and liner) are made from a vinyl material which will expand/contract depending on the ambient air temperature.   

All parts of a brand new Lay-Z-Spa will expand at the same rate. However, when you receive a replacement inflatable part this will be smaller than the rest of your Lay-Z-Spa and need time to expand. This is completely normal. As a result, your top cover may appear too big to start with. However, once the replacement has expanded it will fit. Please note, this can take 6-8 weeks.

If you find after that 6-8 weeks the inflatables have expanded, and the straps are secured correctly but the cover is still too big please contact our Customer Care team below.
