The inflatable parts of your Lay-Z-Spa (inflatable lid and liner) are made from a vinyl material which will expand/contract depending on the ambient air temperature.   

If the ambient air temperature is warm, the inflatable parts of your Lay-Z-Spa can expand, which would result in your top cover appearing too small. As a result, we recommend letting a little bit of air out of your Lay-Z-Spa in warmer weather to allow for this.
